I am currently an in-network provider for Regence, Premera, Lifewise, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and First Choice Health. It is important to find out the details of your coverage before your first appointment.
If I am out of network with your insurance and you wish to file a claim for services, you will need to make arrangements with your insurance company ahead of time regarding coverage. You will be responsible for any portion of the fee not covered.
All payments, including co-pays, are due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash, check and most major credit cards.
